Real Estate Packages We Offer
The Different Types of Real Estate Sessions We Offer
Like portrait photography, real estate sessions are nuanced. Some homes require a different approach, some require more or less time, and sometimes the client has a specific type of style they want to go for. Below are all our current types of real estate session offerings. For pricing, please contact us via email or phone.
Standard Home Sessions: Depending on the size of the house, these range from one to four hours. Using special lenses that flatter the home, we photograph every room from multiple angles. We also photograph the front of the home, front yard, back yard, side yards, and garage.
Corporate Real Estate: This is set up similarly to a standard home session, only we’re photographing a corporate space. Pricing depends on the size of the property.
Apartment Real Estate: If you’re an apartment complex, having beautiful images of the property is important when it comes to securing tenants. Pricing varies depending on the size of the property and your exact photo needs, but we’ll cover it all.
Hotel and Resort Photography: In the same way beautiful images can help secure buyers and tenants, stunning imagery of your hotel or resort property will better entice guests to stay. We’ll photograph each room type, spa, restaurants, lobby, amenities, and anything else you need images of.
Dusk Sessions: These are essentially the golden-hour equivalent to portrait sessions. We photograph the home from the outside and inside right around dusk for gorgeous, ambient images. This is typically an add-one since you’ll want sun-lit images, as well.
Aerial Footage: Using a high-quality drone, we photograph numerous angles of the home from above. This is particularly ideal for large estates, ranches, and home with large lots or acreage. The goal is to provide the potential buyer with a better visual of their investment.
Land/Acreage Photography: Selling a plot of land can be tricky without the right images. Pricing varies depending on the size of the lot and your specific needs.
